For the first time, two of the most anticipated shows of the National Theatre Festival in Bucharest are streamed live at the Romanian Cultural Institute in London. Start your weekend with Mihail Sebastian’s bitter-sweet melodrama 'The Star Without a Name', depicting the impossible love between a small town professor and a glamorous socialite from Bucharest, directed by renowned Victor Ioan Frunză, and bring it to conclusion with Radu Afrim’s imaginative, absurdist examination of family life and generation gap from 'Buffalos. Urban Fable #2', after Paul Miró.
The shows, performed in Romanian, are presented with English subtitles.
