The Romanian Cultural Institute, in partnership with Blame It! Group, welcomes you for an unique experimental musical encounter at Montys Bar in East London, a place famous for its daring musical programme.
The celebrated young Romanian musician Silent Strike (aka. Ioan Titu) has already released three albums: Silent Strike - 2005, 3AM featuring Lucian Ban and Alex Harding - 2008 and White - 2009. He collaborated with numerous musicians and producers from Romania, USA, Norway and Great Britain - Mat Maneri, Gunhill, Alexandrina, Ada Milea, Maria Radu, CTC, Kazi, Specii, Yvat, bln, Vlaicu Golcea, Electric Brother, DJ Vasile and many others. His music is considered highly versatile, twisting jazz, hip hop, electro and film scoring with skill and unbridled energy.
True Ingredients are a genre breaking international band of vocalists and musicians infused with a blend of hip-hop, funk, rock, reggae, drum n bass and dub step. The group is right now on a rise on the British musical market and recently released their debut single Who's next? To add up to their originality, the "ingredients" are prepared to cook a musical revolution, releasing their first album, Prepare and Assemble, on sunglasses.
