On the occasion of the Day of the Romanian Language, the Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv will host the screening of the feature film „Of Snails and Men”, dir. Tudor Giurgiu (Romania/France, 2012), on August 28th, 2014, at 18:00. The screening will be attended by Romanian language students of the Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv. The screening will be followed by a special lesson which includes discusssions in Romanian language about the film, based on activity handouts.
The event is possible with the support of Libra Film.
„Of Snails and Men” had its Israeli premiere at the Haifa International Film Festival in October 2013, with the support of the Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv.
The event is open only to the Romanian language students of the Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv.
