The Romanian Cultural Institute in Prague supports the Romanian participation in this year's edition of the Febiofest International Festival (March 17-25, 2016, in Cinestar Anděl), with the film Orizont, by Marian Crișan.
The film tells the story of Lucian (András Hatházi) and Andra (Rodica Lazăr), husband and wife, who manage a chalet in the heart of the Apuseni mountains. Everything seems to be alright until one day when Lucian realizes that everything that is going on at the chalet and in the area is under Zoli's control (Bogdan Zsolt), head ogf the illegal logging mafia...

Every year, Febiofest presents the best films introduced at the world festivals - including films awarded at Berlin, Cannes, Venice, Toronto, San Sebastian and other festivals worldwide, but also films nominated to the Oscars. In 2016, the film-lovers can see the selected films in other 14 cities across the Czech Republic, during the Febiofest Echos, which will take place in Hradec Králové (March 29-31), Pardubice (March 30 - April 1), České Budějovice (March 31 - April 2), Ostrava (April 4-6), Olomouc (April 4-7), Plzeň (April 6-8), Děčín (April 7-9), Chomutov (April 11-13), Karlovy Vary (April 12-14), Jablonec nad Nisou (April 13-15), Mladá Boleslav (April 14-16), Mikulov (April 15-17), Brno (April 18-20) and Zlín (April 19-21).
