The debut movie of Catrinel Dănăiață tells the story of George, a successful architect who finds himself in a failed relationship, limited by a suffocating life. On a first sight, George has everything he could want: a beautiful lover, an interesting job and friends to hang out with. Although, beyond the surface, there are self-destructive elements. When life consists only of deadlines, one becomes the prisoner of his own existence. George is the only one who could find a solution to this crisis.

Double is a contemporary drama inspired by real events, with a script written by Alexandra Axinte and Catrinel Dănăiață. The main roles belong to the actors Bogdan Dumitrache, Maria Dinulescu and Corina Moise. The Romanian film will have the international premiere within the East of the West Official Competition - a section dedicated to debut movies in Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, Turkey.

Beyond the railways presents the story of Adrian, who after he comes back from working abroad realizes that home nothing is the way it used to be anymore. His wife acts so differently as if they have never been married. In his third feature film, the director Cătălin Mitulescu becomes a witness of the key-moment when a love relationship finds itself between breaking up and a new beginning.

The movie Together For Ever stresses upon the fragility of a family of three members whose interests have no common points anymore, each of them having a parallel existence. The debut of the Lithuanian writer and director investigates the loneliness and the constant inner fight to get rid of it.
